Asset integrity Performance  is a measurment tool for any organization to see in a holstic view how successful they are sustaining the integrity of their valuable and critical assets to a degree of confidence according to the calculated index from a varitey of different data sources like existng systems, audits, equipments data sheets, etc..

The index is then determined to a degree of confidence as follows:

Red means that equipment must be shutdown and repaired

Amber means that the equipment continue operation with minimal risks

Green means that the equipment is operating safely within its operating limits
