Executive dashboard summarises the degree of assurance of each site or plant in a form of integrity index measure, The organization determines the level of assurance in a form of percentages of targets each site/plant has to achieve as an objective. Each objective and mandates will be assigned a weight, a sum up of  all objectives of each site/plant is calculated and presented in form of an index. By this way CEO,s can see a compsrison of each site/plant whether achived the target or beyond its target
